The Act-Belong-Commit Food, Arts & Music Festival will be launching in April to showcase amazing local food vendors with healthy and exciting food. Whilst you munch down on delicious street food from a range of food vendors, be entertained by southwest musicians and artists as they perform for you on our pop-up stage. Acoustic solos, duos, live painting and an art battle! Festivities for the kids to get their hands on, and fun for everyone.

    Please note this is an application ONLY. If your application is successful, we will invoice you for your stall fees. Applications will be processed during March onwards.

    - Only handcrafted and homemade goods (made or crafted by the stallholder) shall be for sale, no imported goods.

    - Cost shall be $65 per bay undercover, or $50 for ashpalt area. $80 per foodtruck.

    - If your stall impedes the view of another stall, you will be asked to lower the display and move your stall back within the stall limits.

    - Due to time constraints, no refunds will be given for cancellations, unless an approved suitable substitute can be found.

    - This event is covered by our Public Liability Insurance. However, you may need your own insurance to cover your individual activity. Food applicants must comply with the City of Bunbury Council and provide food safety certificates.

    - Stall holders have access 8:30am – 9:00am and need to be set up by 10.30am for a 11.00am start. Vehicles are able to drive into the grounds to unload but must be out of the grounds by 9:00am to allow sufficient time for the marquees to be erected.

    - Other information will be sent to successful stallholders closer to the event.
