2021 Act Belong Commit Christmas Craft Fair – Stallholder EOI

The 2021 Act Belong Commit Christmas Craft Fair will be held on Sunday 28th November at Stirling Street Arts Centre.

If you would like to apply for a stall this year, please fill in the form below with your information. We are looking for stalls with locally hand-made crafts and food trucks who provide healthy food options. Food vendors must also be aware that sugary drinks are not to be on display.

The site plan below is a general guide only and is subject to change. Available stall sites are in Areas B and C, and please make sure you have read through the terms and conditions. After submitting your form, please check your email inbox for confirmation, and we’ll be in touch after the closing date – Monday 6th September 2021.

    Please select your preferred stall location
  • 3m x 3m stall in the undercover area. Includes a table and chair.
    Price: $ 65.00
  • 3m x 3m stall. BYO table, chairs and marquee (if needed).
    Price: $ 50.00
  • FOOD VENDOR APPLICATION

    Food trucks & vehicles, stalls with food being prepared on site.
  • Price: $ 85.00
    Maximum space 3 x 6m. The site will be unpowered, please bring your own if you need it.
    In order to participate in the Act-Belong-Commit Christmas Craft Fair, I acknowledge sugary drinks (e.g. soft drink, energy drinks) cannot be displayed or promoted (e.g. not lined up on a trestle table, counter top or visible from a display fridge).

    The total amount will be sent to successful applicants with an invoice via email or post.
  • TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    Applications must be received by Monday 6th September and will be processed in the weeks following .

    - Only handcrafted and homemade goods (made or crafted by the stallholder) shall be for sale, no imported goods or franchises.

    - Cost of stall is shown on the application form.

    -Power is not available to stallholders.

    - Submission of this form does not guarantee a place at the event.

    - This event is covered by our Public Liability Insurance. However, you may need your own insurance to cover your individual activity. Food applicants must comply with Local Government regulations, provide and display food safety certificates.

    - Stall holder allocation will be determined and set by Stirling Street Arts Centre staff. Successful applicants will be notified of allocation prior to the event.

    - If you are a food vendor, please be aware that under Act-Belong-Commit conditions we are promoting healthy drinks and if you are selling any sugary drinks they are not to be placed on display.

    - Further details will be sent to successful stallholders closer to the event.
