Please fill in your applications and we will process within 28 days. Successful applications will receive an invoice and stall allocation number/s.

Please note:

  • Preference will be given to food vendors offering healthy food and drinks
  • The event requires each vendor to offer healthy food and drink options
  • WASCA approved Healthier Vendor Guide vendors are encouraged to apply.

    In order to participate in the Christmas Craft Fair, I acknowledge sugary drinks (e.g. soft drink, energy drinks) cannot be displayed or promoted (e.g. not lined up on a trestle table, counter top or visible from a display fridge).

  • TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    ***THIS YEAR'S VENUE IS BICENTENNIAL SQUARE*** Please note this is an application ONLY. If your application is successful, we will invoice you for your stall fees. Applications must be received by Monday 2nd September and will be processed during October onwards. Prices have changed from last year due to a change of venue.

    - Only handcrafted and homemade goods (made or crafted by the stallholder) shall be for sale, no imported goods or franchises.

    - Cost shall be $54 for members, $60 for outdoor grassed or paved area everyone else. $85 per food truck (please state if you require power and whether 10 or 15 amp is needed).

    - If your stall impedes the view of another stall, you will be asked to lower the display and move your stall back within the stall limits.

    - Due to time constraints, no refunds will be given for cancellations, unless an approved suitable substitute can be found.

    - This event is covered by our Public Liability Insurance. However, you may need your own insurance to cover your individual activity. Food applicants must comply with the City of Bunbury Council and provide food safety certificates.

    - Stall holders have access 6:30am – 7:00am and need to be set up by 8:30am for a 9:00am start. Vehicles are able to drive into the grounds to unload but must be out of the grounds by 7:30am to allow sufficient time for the marquees to be erected.

    - If you are a food vendor, please be aware that under Act-Belong-Commit conditions we are promoting healthy drinks and if you are selling any sugary drinks they are not to be placed on display.

    - Other information will be sent to successful stallholders closer to the event.
