As part of Act-Belong-Commit’s Active August, we invited Nicky from True Equanimity to show SSAC members how to stretch mindfully and tune in to our spiritual sides.
Dru Yoga uses gentle, soft flowing movements, directed breathing and visualisation, which is ideal for starting the day off well. It’s suited to all ages, abilities and fitness levels – we had the option to remain seated while we exercised if needed. Dru Yoga improves strength and flexibility and as an added bonus, feels really good! 🙂
