This application form is for food vendors who wish to apply to trade at the 2023 Art in the Garden event at the Stirling Street Arts Centre, Bunbury. The event will be held on Sunday 26 November from 9am – 2pm and stalls must remain open (and attended) for this timeframe, and vendors agree to be onsite for set up from 7am.

    Your site and Bump In

    The maximum space offered will be 3 x 6m, so please ensure that your set up is not larger than this. Once notified of the success of their application, the vendor will be required to pay a fee of $150, which will be invoiced prior to the event and must be paid within 30 day to confirm the site. Non payment/confirmation may result in SSAC seeking a replacement vendor for that site. The site will be unpowered, and all vendors will need to have their own power supply, either built in or via a generator. Due to the busy bump in period pre-event and to better manage vehicles accessing the site, we ask that all food vendors ensure they’ve completed their set up by 8am.

    Waste Guidelines

    Avoiding waste requires us to change the practices which create unnecessary waste! We ask vendors to: Avoid non-recyclable plastics, instead choosing re-useable items, compostable items, and recyclable plastics. Provide coffee cup lids on request, and replace individual sugar, salt, pepper and sauce sachets with bulk shakers or dispensers. Encourage reusable bags, and endeavor to make all wrapping/packaging materials recycled or recyclable.
