Enjoy a session of quiet hand-stitching for pleasure and mental health. Free from judgement and expectation, our hands lead us into meditation and mindfulness. Bring your own needles, fabric scraps and threads.

A LITTLE ABOUT NIRALA…

I enjoy incorporating the stories of upcycled fabrics and yarns into my work which includes a variety of techniques. I am currently working out of a studio space at Dilkes-Hoffman Ceramic Studio, where I have the light and space to explore larger pieces. I enjoy the sharing of information with course participants and they inspire me to constantly revise my practice to incorporate new ideas and findings.
