Urban Easel is a social group who enjoy creating art in company.
Members work primarily in acrylics trying mixed media, portraiture, still life and landscape. Members benefit from the shared knowledge of the group, introductions to new styles and artists and share our enthusiasm for the creative process in a relaxed atmosphere. Mini workshops in art fundamentals such as colour theory, composition, materials and techniques occur regularly.
We also participate in SSAC events and exhibitions.
Meeting Times: Tuesdays 9am -3pm
