If you have creative skills and are interested in becoming involved in a group, membership could be for you.
SSAC Memberships are open to all but are not workshops, so if you have existing skills and want to work in a group environment, access new skills and get involved in the Centre, please consider becoming a member of one of our creative groups.
If you want to pick up skills before joining as a member, please consider one of our workshops, or contact us about trying out with a group on 9791 1256
SSAC Membership Fees for 2022 include:
- Studio access
- Insurance, and overheads
- Access to renowned art and craft tutors
- Free onsite parking
- Discounted Bunbury Summer School workshops and classes
- Members’ only newsletters
- Invitations to SSAC exhibitions and major events
- Access to main on-site amenities
- Access to donated craft supplies and equipment
- Access to administrative support (photocopying, design, advertising, etc)
- Discounted stalls at craft fairs
- Discounted room hire fees for group activities
- Access to sell items and artworks in the Member’s Unique Retail Store
- Rights to exhibit in the annual member’s only exhibition
- 10% discount at Jacksons Drawing Supplies

Please note:
- Fees are per calendar year (valid January – December).
- Pro-rata fees apply from 1st July each year.
- Trials are available to access a membership group for up to 3 visits, at $10/day. In the event you would like to join, the membership fee will be less already paid visitor fees.
- These fees are for access to Stirling Street Arts Centre membership groups, and each group has their own membership fees payable to the group’s committee.
- Membership forms are available from Centre administration staff.
