Venue hire in the Bunbury CBD

Suitable for meetings, seminars, workshops and  events, there’s access to a commercial kitchen, onsite parking, modern & accessible amenities as well as a beautiful spacious grassed and undercover areas outside. Stirling Street Arts Centre is a hop over from the Bunbury CBD, opposite Centrepoint Shopping Centre and next to the beautiful Queen’s Gardens.

Stirling Street Arts Centre is wheelchair accessible and provides ACROD parking.

Please note, our membership groups meet daily in studios 1, 2 3 & 4. For this reason, most hires will be allocated Studios 5 & 6 (new building).

SSAC is not available to hire for private functions or parties.

*The Pottery Studio is not available for hire.

Please note: Venue hire fees will increase in January 2025.

Regular hire rates may be available to groups making extended bookings

Please note: parking during business hours is competitive at the Centre, convenient parking is available for free or at a small fee nearby.
Terms and conditions apply to all bookings and will be outlined in the applicable agreement form.
The venue is not available to hire for private functions.

Stirling Street Arts Centre reserves the right to refuse hire of our venue to any politically affiliated or lobby groups, protest activities, divisive events, direct sales or MLM events, controversial speakers and/or groups.
